Thinking of selling. Located in south end, up Oro Grande from Basha's. Three bed, two bath, 3 car garage with a 50' or so deep bay, 8' garage doors. Not sure on inside sq ft, but I think its somewhere around 1300. Home is built in 2003, tile kitchen, dining, entry, kitchen island. Not set yet on price, but I'm thinking somewhere in the $265k range. Gonna be listed on MLS in a few days unless anybody is interested. And washer/dryer in great condition as well as a decent fridge in the kitchen can go with house.

Hey Nate-
You forgot to mention that the place is built on a sacred Indian burial ground, aside from some poltergeist type stuff its fine!!! :crossx: :220v: :crossx: j/k
The place is actually really nice, clean and has a great floorplan...and I have done a few burn-outs in the backyard (which I might add has room for a pool) with my dirt bike!!

YA he already bought a bigger newer house with a bigger garage so this one has to go. Seems to be a pretty good deal too....someone needs to jump on this.

Toby use your atm/debit card to buy the house, this way you have a place to rent out from time to time and you can keep your boat there. NOW for your other problem Leisa you can buy her a place at the Islander and have the best of both worlds, That's how you big BALLERS do it

Just out of curiousity but do you know who built that house? It looks very similar to mine the way the kitchen is.

Hmmm...you're killing me. I'm gonna take a stab at it and guess Verde, but I can't remember. I'll have to look it up
