I just installed it. I'll let you know what I think about it tomorrow. So far it's pretty cool. Text looks better too. The new set up will take a little bit to get use to though.
I like the ability to open new tabs instead of opening IE a bunch of times witch eats more memory up. :)

Firefox, has had this feature for months. Plus it has plugins (easier to find) that allow a plethora of features to be added.

I like it. I have been running it for about two weeks now with the Windows Vista "Beta" version and am hooked.
Big fan...

I've run the beta version for about 3 months on one of the computers at home and I'm still not sure if I like it or not still. Kinda AOLish

Firefox will go the way of Netscape - oops...Firefox is Netscape free to the public. To think - what a concept Netscape had - selling a browser!
Seriously, the new IE7 is the shit. Faster, more stable, more secure - almost everything you could want.
Those you say Microsoft "stole" the tabbed pages from Firefox doesn't truly understand product development - you always use good ideas from competitors. Every new product should improve on the one that came before it. Otherwise - stagnation. Wait until IE8. That is really going to be the shit.

Firefox is a Mozilla project based for *nix systems.
The new Netscrape is based on Mozilla Firefox. V0.9.3.
Though I couldn't say wether or not Firefox will continue to be around for the Windooze enviroment. I believe it's here to stay for the original platform it was designed to run on.

Just downloaded it, coooool already, multiple pages at the click of a button, and everything seems clearer for some reason, I think I'll like this.

pretty good review of IE 7. i have to say, i agree with what he says about the tabbed browsing, i've been using FF for a while and i just can't get used to the tabbed browsing. it seems like it would be such a helpful feature, but i'm so use to switching back and forth between browser windows from the bottom of the screen not the top.

I downloaded IE7 just to fix the crap that was broken in IE6. Unless you're hard core (if that's possible) in Web Dev, you probably never noticed. It's marginaly better. I used the beta, then went back because it was so broken. So far it seems to handle png files somewhat correctly, so welcome to 1999.
4day!!
