If Billy rolled that out of his shop, and it is a Billion dollar paint job like the seller said, then Billy has more cash laying around than I thought. He should be retired from the painting world, and just racing. He could build 10 K-boats, and have his own traveling show where people pay him to drive one of his boats every event. (And that would be if the guy paid him a million for that paint job, much less 1000 millions.)
