Getting back into the dunes and need a car.

Its been about 7 years since I was out at the dunes and am very anxious to get back. I am looking for a mid travel Desert/Sand rail VW four seater. Looking to spend around 10k. I will use it in the desert around Aha and Glamis. Any one here have one for sale?
Also what is the main forum site for Glamis and used Desert/Sand rails.
