This would make an awesome River pad... 2003 Cherokee 37' bunk house model.

Holding tanks have all been enclosed for cold weather use.

Slidding door into the living room area.
Queen bed in foward bedroom with ceiling fan.

Large tub/shower.
Dual mode AC/Gas hotwater heater.
A couple things that will be fixed before sale is final. The AC cover is cracked (busted) and will be replaced. Toilet lid is also cracked.
I will deliver to anywhere on the Colorado River from Needles south. Any farther west and I'll need to add a couple hundred for fuel. Tires, wheels, and brakes all in good condition.
I bought this to set up in a park and use at one of the lakes here in AZ, but plans have changed. The trailer was purchased last year, but I never have used it. Finally came to the conclusion that a Motorhome or camper will fit my needs better. The guy I bought it from worked construction and lived in it with his family for about 18 months, so there is a little wear here and there from that. It's even got 2 full tanks of propane and a brand new battery. :D
15,000.00 or possible trade for mid to late 80's class A motor home. PM me if interested.
