I have a very clean one with the heater (220 volt) that I'll sell to fellow ***boaters for $800.00. It's got multiple jets and only used a few times. It also has a cover and cedar wood siding integrated with it. It is located at my vacation property in Mohave Valley, AZ (about a mile or so north of the Needles bridge).

I had a circuit put in for a spa but I don't know if it 220. Are they usually? Do you have any pics. I need it for the Havi house.

We have a river pad in Fort Mohave...I am very very interested....if you still have it. I am retarded & didnt see this till Hootersled told me! Hope Im not to late! :220v:

Yes, all the ones that I have seen have the 220... Not sure if 110 is strong enough to heat the water...
Unfortunately, don't have any prictures but will be heading up there in a couple of weeks and will make sure to take some pictures and post (if it is not already sold by then)
We have only used it once since we bought the property... the previous owner did not use it that much either, so it is in a very good shape...

No... I read and reply to every one of my PM's. I've already hooked up with the Pixis and let Hooter know that I have...
But I gotta admit that I do like the term "PM Deaf"... But it doesn't really apply to me though...

:( We swung by, took a look at it. I see it hasnt been hooked up. I also noticed the damage to the corner of the wood, & the top isn't very snug, may need replacing.:( Still looks really nice. We wont be out there til maybe Jan or Feb:( Let me know if no one else wants it or if you are able to wait til we get out there next. That last trip we didnt have the trailer to move it & we had dinner with grandma & grandpa...so I didnt call you back.:(Also, would you be willing to come down a little on the price?

Thanx for getting back to me... Wasn't sure if you were interested in it any more... At any rate, it was hooked up prior to us getting our new mobile and we used it a couple of times, so I know that the heater and everything else worked real well...
By the way, don't know that you noticed... but all the electrical hookup for it is laying right next to it and it [obviously] comes with it, i.e., the wiring and the circuit breaker.
As far as price... I am not really looking to make money on this or anything like that... I just have no use for it at this time and would rather someone else enjoying it (instead of it sitting there not being used)... so, yes... assuming that it won't sell until Jan or Feb or whenever you guys can pick it up, we can definitely negotiate on the price...
Also, we are going to spend X-mas up there this year so we will be up there the next two weeks... so if by any chance you can head back up, we can meet and take care of the transaction...
We are kind'a excited to spend x-mas up there, since this is our first time at the River at X-mas...
