Sorry fockers stole my suburban from my girlfriends job yesterday. They have digital video of it but its crappy is there anyway to enhance the video and get a good look at the license plate of the thief

If it's digital you should be able to clean it up some.... I'm sure there is software for it... Man that sucks...

They enhance videos on CSI all the time, but then that's just TV... :D

Bummer. Speaking from a CCTV perspective, you can probably enhance it, but from a financial perspective it's probably not worth it.
Too bad her company bought low end product. I've seen stuff that does an AMAZING job of capturing detail, but it's $$$ and most people don't want to spend the $$$.
