What lakes in kern county can you run a flattie with open headers any time
of the year,any input would be nice.

and on non race weekends it's a lake with an open gate and no one there. Well maybe a few other boats. I used to run my flat there all the time on off weekends. Never paid a dime because no one was ever there to collect it.
