B Complex!!! Before you drink and once you get home. It works wonders. Also Drink a big glass of water before bed and some bread...you will be perfect in the morning...I swear by it! :crossx:

I will keep that in mind....ill try the v8 for now.....i would try some hair of the dog that bit me but i dont know how well that will go at work :rollside:
