Not true! at all! I still own a house in ca and when i bought this truck i regitered it in Ca 1st then i took the truck out to havasu. And when i changed the title i didnt need to smog it! Just call the DMV, that how they work NO SMOG BEFORE 1974. And i aslso have a couple hot rods and its the same for them too!!!

i just want to say...all u people that were interested in the truck...u "blew" it...except for a few minor ignition probs & a carb chng, grease all the fittings etc, it runs sweet :)...a few minor flaws on the body & interior (nothing that can't be fixed)...the doors are tite, no air leaks, no rattles, good brakes etc...it even has air condition! (needs compressor, which i have)...the heater works "awsome"...split bench seat w/fold down ctr 3rd seat...in my book its a 8+...this will make a nice work truck
