Very nice. I have an 81 CJ-7 with the 258, .030 over, cammed, headers, getting either a 4 bbl intake and a small 390 carb, or a 350 crate injected. Gears need swapped (currently 2.73,blah), axles, 4 wheel discs and ARBs. Paint, a new fender and new tires and rims.

You'de be surprised. Even though it doesn't look like it, there is alot of money (and time) into this jeep. Its super capable off road and drives pretty well on road.

I was just kidding with that rhino remark. Looks like a real fun vehicle. We just bought a new Jeep cj and we love it.

Its impossible to own a new CJ, unless its new to you. They were last made/sold in 1986. From there, they made the useless Wrangler. The YJ, nicknamed "yuppie Jeep" was a joke after the CJ line, but popular with the yuppies that didn't have a clue about off roading. They were lowered, street-tired tin cans. Then came the TJ, a step above with better suspension. And finally came the JK. The Rubicon was Jeep's best version ever after the CJ. I loved driving around in my 7 and other CJ drivers would give "the wave". It was a brotherhood of CJ owners saying "HI". If guy in TJ waved, you just ignored him or laughed, with the exception of the hot chick at the wheel.
