What a fantastic turn out. I want to THANK EVERYBODY that made it. We Left Lowes at 10:00am made a couple stops and ended in Topock around 12:30. There were a couple flat tires, but nothing serious.

My wife and I drove up to Topock to meet up with everyone. We were in the parking lot when they started piling in. We couldn't beleive our eyes when Rhino after Rhino full of dirt people came pulling in. There were so many Rhino's and people with dirt covering them it was amazing.
Good job all..........
Fun times :rollside:

When we were going to Topock, we looked off to the side of the 40, and there was a huge dustcloud. It was so big, it clouded the sky. I told my wife "There they are". She couldn't beleive it.
Also, big thanks to Randy from R&R. He picked up the first round of drinks for everyone there. That was huge. For those that have yet to meet him, he is a great guy.

I didn't notice till it started blowing smoke/overheated and idiot light came on.
Not touching it till it goes back to the dealer in the morning.
Just had it serviced and obviously the dip stick wasn't screwed in tight.
That sucks when you pay TOP dollar for someone to work on your toys, only to find they F'ed it up. Hope there isn't any real damage.

Ok here are some of my photos from the Rhino run. Heather and I took a ride up to top of the train bridge there at Topac and while sitting there in the Rhino watching the trains go by, one train came to a stop right where we were sitting. The train engineer asked us if we would like to come aboard the engine and look around. WOW! I was amazed!!! The guys were so cool and I even got to sit in the seat of the train. It was a very good day I must say! Heather and I had a great time with you all. Lets do this again!!!
Oh also I must mention, on our way back we saw alot of people stopped on the trail, having beer thirty. We stopped about 4 different times asking if everything was ok. I thought that was kinda funny.

If you asked me to take you back to that bar, no way could I find it again. WAY fun man, and thanks for going. BTW, who cleaned me out playing 3 ball? Where to even start....first thanks to Todd who did a great job setting everything up (even though his well planned organized run got a little more disorganized after each drink stop... :crossx: )...to Randy for the drinks and support...to Chris (Sigepmock) who let us tag along all day behind him or we'd still be out in the desert...(note to self...get long travel... :) ) and who also stopped to help people out with flats, dirty filters, etc....
...watching Bling take his rhino up a crazy hill that the jeeps and Blazer were having trouble doing with a girl in the front seat and someone on her lap...and after reaching the top yelling to Mike, the Jeep driver..."your shit aint got nothin' on me.... :crossx:
This was one of the most fun times we have ever had and with one of the nicest groups of people that have ever been with....thanks again to everyone...oh, and Jen, we missed you too..... :rollside:

Hey Chub...great to see you again....it was classic when I had a clean wide open run and Denise sees this big dust cloud and says.."we need to be over there with everyone else..."...so off we head haulin' ass to catch up with the dust cloud and after a Nascar like run, we finally catch up to the group Chub was with (3 rhino's and one bike) and the first thing he says is..."are you lost too"....
..and to Bill (Outcole'd)...now I know what you must look like on Christmas morning....I have never seen anyone having such a great time..... :crossx: and by the way, Doug's gay green arctic cat was only clean because he stopped every 5 minutes to wipe it down..... :crossx: :crossx:

Wow....what a turn out.
Big thanks to Todd and R&R for taking an idea to get a couple Rhinos together and turning it into a such a fun event. :p :)
It was good seeing old friends and meeting new ones on one of the many beverage stops.:D
There were some cool vehicles along for the ride...Tons of blinged out Rhinos,Artic Cats and Full size vehicles made the trek with hardly any troubles.(I did blow a bead chasing Chris/Carrie through the Rock whoops :crossx: )
I knew it would be tough to keep that many vehicles together after the first stop but I didn't think I would be part of the group that got lost...I think we wen't 20 miles off course before catching everyone at Topok.(We drove the wheels off our Rhinos during our "adventure".
I think the only thing that could have made this ride better would have been a 10mph wind;)

4 seat Rhinos are custom.
There are several companies that sell a cage with a bolt in rear seat.(Easy swap that will run you about $1300-2000)

So we had to fiugre out our way there. Ended up in someones front yard in who knows where land. Then we finally made it too the Pilot where we saw the dust cloud again. I like the way you got this organized would you all be interested in participating in rides with many othe riders withe evry type of side by side. I saw this when doing research and like what you have done so I hope you check out this site to organize rallys where we will be having sponcers and prizes and different events for everyone. It will be a side by side specific rally, for those who own and ride (rangers, rhinos, prowlers and so on)I think I wiil spend so more time on here, I used to live on Table Rock Lake and miss the lake scene. I know live in Kansas, not much as far as lakes where I live. We have to drivce a long ways to enjoy that.anyways if you are interested please check out :

The offset we run make it impossible to drive it into the back of a truck. (Too wide :p )
The added safety from the the extra width makes up for the extra trouble required to do a tire swap.

I know some people heading there, should be pretty fun. Never been there, so it might be a bit of a adventure getting there. :D I'm also will probably end up over at that sand dune by the golden horse shoe on Saturday. I'm bringing my enclosed with quads and a few other toys to thrash on. If you don't make Friday maybe Saturday.

I am really impressed at where those Rhinos can go. We we flat out haulin' @ss. We almost got hit by the train, by the blue Cherokeee and by the cars as we crossed 95.
Yes, bummer I lost my digital camera somewhere about 10 minutes into the run. Oh well. It was worth it. I got some great video although my camera barely works now and the tape was filled with dirt. :)

This was so fun, people getting lost, losing a tire, losing a camera, and anything else.
Just so you all know i didn't stop every five minutes to clean my ride as some has speculated but i sure wanted too, my wax that i use seems to help keep it clean longer and the dust & dirt doesn't want to stick either, it's the same stuff i use on all your boats out here.
What a filthy mess this dust made, it took me 90 minutes to clean. I too have been laughing all day thinking about the ride. :)

Boy..............am i that easy of a push over to you guys ? you think you can pass me just like that ?...............................well, lets just say i let you pass me with ease lol :)
Yeah I was one of the ones that got lost. It was so dusty on the way there I couldn't see any of my surroundings. The turn there going under the railroad tracks, I went about 5 miles passed that. Stopped the rhino and saw the Pilot gas station way way in the distance. I was way out there. But found my way back to I-40/hwy 95

Ah good old "Stager Lee's" one of our favorites...although we've been frequenting the bar inside Santigo's pizza, just north from there,.....Tammy the one tooth wonder bartender is always entertaining :crossx:
It's hard to justify paying for a drink in one of those joints when you can walk to your vehicle 20ft away and get a better drink for free!
And if you want a real drink just go to mr. blings rhino and he'll whip you up a grey goose martini worthy of james bond!
Now that I'm warmed up from that ride, GLAMIS HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow I had such a great time on this ride,
I really need (and want) to thank Todd for starting this thing, and doin everything to get my ride ready..Randy for the support truck and the shop doing everything!! Darrel for the guidance and mapping the route. I cant believe I didnt break it either.. cant wait to feel the elkas!
And let me thank my navigator/copilot/rhino biatch, Kenny aka Trimman. That guy just sat next to me while we were commin at some shit we had no buisness doin! we hit some trails at very STOOPID speeds and he didnt make a sound other than the hysterical laughter I cant figure whether hes stupid or a fearless MOFO!
And meeting all the peeps from the boards that I havent seen for a while and so many people that Ive never met before..(Outcoled Bill) (big doug even if he does drive an arctic cat) (Sbarks "Emerson") (djunkie) (Ivandan) (tobtek in the boat)

The same to you....nice to get together...and for the record, Kenny is stupid... :crossx: We were behind you when you had trouble getting up that hill and as you were backing down, your front wheels were at least 2 feet off the ground. As a matter of fact, i think Kenny called me SummitKarl so i called him Jordy
I guess you had to be there !! :)
Gary (force 26) got stuck on that little hill and wouldn't you know it he had us (the pack) follow that sum bitch to that very spot while we wait patiently for him to get un stuck, most people didn't have time for his sillyness and went around or down another path, that was funny !! :)

Very close. I did have a hard time keeping that POS ice chest I had from opening up. Twice I had to stop to strap it down and put everything back in it. :crossx: :crossx:

So that was you that honked at me. I wondered who the hell that was. Nice meeting you by the way. Hope to catch you guys there again. :rollside: :rollside:
