well i guess there is Elsinore, no speed limit.
then Paris 35 mph those would be closest to you.
there is however the big blue ocean just take your salt away and a hose.

Lake Piru is a nice lake. I used to be a SAR Corpsman in the Navy and we would do our helo jumps there. But as far as close to OC........ It would be just as quick driving to Parker or Blythe IMO.
