Depends on where in San Diego..... Hit the downtown area. The gaslamp area is awesome with alot of cool bars. All within walking distance of each other.

Go to the "shout house" its in the gaslamp dist. nice place. Its a dueling piano bar, and if its her birthday, tell the bar staff. they will make her sit up on the piano's.

Stingaree in the gas lamp is a tri-level club. Great time. Nice outside patio.
