What's a 98 2.5 260 hp merc with a 20 inch mid, sportmaster,alien cowls,simon alt kit, 1 inch spacer,in need of a new piston worth????

I've seen those sell from $5000 to $8000 depending on condition. If you need a piston I would guess you need a sleeve.
You may get a little less since you need to repair the hole.
