This lady's husband died almost 2 years ago and she has tried to make their boat repair business work but unfortunately she is not doing that well and is trying to sell the business.

Technically Bunkies place is across the river on the CA side in "Havasu Lake, CA" 300 yards Directly behind the Casino @ havasu Landing. Very cool set up as you serve the Havasu lake community that would rather have thier stuff fixed there than drag it back to LA or the OC. Gas station too. He has been sorely missed out there. Melinda is a sweetheart as well. Best of luck to her.
