Here are the Palapa Kits I got from Ted and Summer. (Badass38chevy)
I have had the BBQ island for a couple weeks and the sod and sprinklers wen't in this weekend.
With some electrical work,Plants and a jacuzzi I would be gettting close to being done.(Yeah right :cry: :p )

I think a Fire pit ring and a couple chaise lounges will set off the big deck.

How did the grass and sprinklers turn out? I bet it makes the yard look a lot nicer huh? Now just the finishing touches on the hillside and the planters.
It made a huge difference!! It's amazing hat a little color will dur for a back yard:D
The guy did a real nice job for a fair price.
I think I am going to stay home and move some dirt and plant some small things in the cut-outs this weekend.
Maybe bring in the electrician next week(Backyard needs some light bad).. :idea:

Where did you get your barstools? (Will they last outdoors?)
I need to do a couple but I have no desire to pay $250.00 a peice (You can get some decen't stuff down in mexico but I don't have time to get down there for a couple months)Hehe, my wife found them at a garage sale, all 4 for $50. They were green so a little tan paint on the frames and some vinyl paint on the seat, whala. :) They'd been outdoor stools for the other folks too.
She's my garage sale queen for stuff like that, amazes me sometimes.. :rollside:

I hear you.
In less than 8 months I have done a ton to the house and my bank account :cry: :crossx: .
I did more in certain areas than I expected and less in others as the budget runs dry.
Trying to finish something while spending every other week out of town at the river/desert is becoming harder and harder.(I still wouldn't move back to a Condo;) :p )

I think a Saturday ride in the cleveland national forest is a bad idea.....
I think Diddy said there are alot of rangers patrolling on weekends.

I tried to order a intake,tip and jet kit today but they haven't returned my call and I need to be dialed by tuesday night.

Getting the Rhino street legal is my next project. After that I just want to go out and use the dam thing. Honestly last weekend I never even felt the need for new shocks. I just want them. :crossx: :crossx:

I ordered my intake off of e-bay and it was here in like 2-3 days. You could probably pay a couple extra $'s and have them deliver it to you Saturday delivery so you can install it this weekend.

I'm gonna call him too. Hey if could you pm me where you got your mirror setup and how you like it? I'm having a hard time spending $150+ for a fancy billett mirror. Also who did you use for insurance?

If you email the seller sometimes they will give you a contact number so you can avoid the whole ebay buying deal. I did that with my golf cart rims and tires and I even was able to pick them up instead of shipping them.

I would be game to do the afterparty but that weekend is a bad one for me.
My mom turns 50 on the 8th and Jen turns 2X on the 10th. 9Pretty sure we will be out of town to celebrate with ma dukes :) )
