Anything you find used is probably just as good as what your taking out. Take the seats to a shop and have them build you new frames.

or build your own frames and just have them upholstered(sp?) and save some coin. Maybe even just remove the old seats, strip them to the frame and then duplicate them...

i had mine done at D&S Marine Interiors in El Cajon. They do all of Ultra Boats interior. I took them the hull with the engine. I picked it up 10 days later complete. $2400 for it all. I was told it would have been $1200 if i built the frames.

Its not that hard to do it yourself. My seat frames & bases were literally falling apart rotten. Took them out of the boat, took some pictures of them & then dismantled them. Used the old pieces for templates & built all new stuff. Took about half a day for 2 of us to knock it out. About $160 bucks worth of lumber. Then took the new frames to the upholstery shop & had 'em covered. New foam, new covers, stainless hardware, assembled for $750 bucks....
If you got a little time to spare & some patience, you could knock it out fairly easy....

crusader83, do you have photos with the hatch open. Also, are you in FL or Socal. I wouldn't mind looking at your interior layout up close.
