Parade of lights when?

I know this has probably allready been posted but WTF when is the parade of lights in havasu? wife wants to go and see it and party, snowbirds arent comming till Jan so we have our place to stay at anybody....anybody...thanks in advance

Planning on it. Haven't been in a little while because I've had a huge honey do list and we had a busy summer. Not going Thanksgiving weekend this year either and we've always had something where we couldn't go the light parade weekend. Can't wait. Work is killing me right now and I need to get away. Captain and Coke it is. Unless I decide to bring my good rum. I've got some Guatemalan stuff that will knock your socks off it's so good.

You better buy a whole lotta egg crates to soundproof the garage. I don't mind the noise from the toys. I just hate it when the batteries are going low so they go wacky in the middle of the night and I'm scared to hell and jumping out of bed ready to kick a$$.

The Lake Havasu Boat Parade of Lights: Each year Lake Havasu lights up the boats in a blaze of Christmas spirit and parades them up and down the boat channel and out onto the lake.
What are the Dates?:
December 2nd, 2006 is the official date. But if you can't make that, look for a "dress rehearsal" on Friday the 1st of December.
Where Will We See the Boats?:
Boats will assemble in Thompson Bay at 6:00 PM and the parade will form at a point along Rotary Park near the no-wake buoys. The boat parade will proceed through the channel where initial judging will take place, then out onto the lake, making a large circle before reentering the channel.

I sure hope the parade is better this year, cuz it needs lots of improvement from last year! I know it was the coldest day ever last year and windy but the parade sucked azz! good drinks and friends made the nite very memorable, thank god something did (not like I remember anyway).
