I'm new to this and have been referred through Hot boats i would like to know if the below info would be something of interest.
I know this sounds like a sales pitch but what I am trying to research the possiblity of this start up business.
I have a company that owns 38 units of two and Three bed room Condos completely furnished washer dryer in condo Pots, Pans, silverware, dishes towels maid service if requested. On the river across form the River Palm Casino Laughlin NV.
we are interested in Renting them daily min 3 days weekly, and monthly.
The complex comes with
Private boat launch.
Private boat docks.
80 + parking spaces.
36' Deep X 14' High GARAGE for Ea unit.
Pool And Jacuzzi Large.
ALL rooms have Casino Views.
It is Gated complex.

Can you give us a price range, I assume there is a "season" for these.
Also, as you will find out PHOTOS, PHOTOS and more PHOTOS.

Im sure that you looked at this site before you joined, did you notice anything that most items had in common when someone is trying to sell something??
Its called pictures and prices, why would you make people read this thread and then have to post to ask for pictures, and then ask for prices, if your lucky not too many people are assholes like me and will refuse to buy anything that we have to force the basic information out of!!! God that pissed me off........................

besides from that being the single worst place ever to launch a boat in the river. thats wonderful. :boxed: now if your into sea doos and lots of poeple riding them for the first time that is the place to boat right there.

You're not ignorant, he's an arsehole. For someone who has been here less than a month he should learn to be a little more tolerant, or find another website.
By the way if you do a search it will tell you how to post, it has been on here lots of times, you have to put the pictures in your gallery first.

Prices depend on a few factors;
Time of year (summer - winter - special events)
How many bedrooms (2bd or 3bd) The majority of units are 3bd/2ba
