I noticed it a while ago too. they did a pretty good job. wasnt me, but I figured it was someone from here.

If I remember correctly, it's just before the left hand courtesy bend right before you hit the straight away that drops you into Videl Junction.
Kinda hard to notice going 80, if you're going east. You will for sure see it.
