view from inside the side door. the heat at the river has peeled the wallpaper here and there over the years. otherwise the inside is clean and well taken care of.

the bathroom is private with a door leading to the kitchen and a sliding wall between the bed. lots of cabinet space and a large closet. separate sink and medicine cabinet.

view from rear of trailer. fridge, stove and a/c all work fine. plumbing just gone through.
trailer has spent all its life out at the river. presently stored at 4 feathers rv storage 3 blocks from big river rv park near parker, arizona. if you leave it there the storage is 30 bucks a month. there's a nice gentleman than will tow the trailer out of storage and set it up on a site at the park whenever you call ahead.

Does it cost to have the goose neck set-up put on the truck????

not sure. i usually had a guy pull it out of storage and set it up for me because i dont have a 5th wheel hitch. he charged me 30 bucks to set it up and then put it back in storage after i left.

I cannot believe no one has even shown interest in this home away from home, if i had the money Mike, i'de grab her up from you!
Juzzy was one here earlier and looked at the pics, if you still have it after the 1st. we'll prob. head out and see how sturdy the palace is!
she has never been inside and i have to tell you,...you being a photographer, i'da thought you would have taken a few pics with better angles than these!
the trailer has alot more room that the pics lead her to believe!
