I just bought a DVD recorder 2 months ago. While moving some home movies from mini dv to dvd, I realized that most of the film is too dark.
I have a Canon ZR85, mini DV,2 years old. I think my old full size VHS looks better. This was a cheap camera when I bought it, but I am otherwise satisfied.
I would replace it, if I could find a better one cheap.
There are some deals out now for new camcorders for about $200.
Are the new, cheap camcorders any better than what I have?
