1994 Cougar 23ft MTR. Boat in great shape/Interior is in great shape. Less power and drive. It still retains the gimble housing,steering,rams,msd ign,motor mounts. I purchased this boat less power and drive in hopes of putting together a bad ass boat for next summer ,but other investments are killing me right now.Boat did have a blown big block Chevy . $18,000.00 with tripple axel Cougar trailer. Serious buyers only please.
