Well its getting there. The weather has been increadible here, very mild and no snow at all. We are setting the beams and backfilling in the morning. Heres a few pics of how she sits now. Basement floor is ready to pour and might be laying the pans for upper slab Sat. also, unless the beers kick in before 11 AM

If it hits 65 degrees Sat. and Sun. I might throw the Santa hat on and take a few rips on the boat.

Now I see the general layout. Are you going to be able to access the upper level from the lower level, without going outside? What is the finish size? I like it. :)

Nice!
Been to CT,NJ,NY (had most of my extended family back there up until a few years ago) and I really liked it. It is a beautiful area of the US. Did not really like the humidity though.
Good work. :D

That's going to be really nice... Looks expensive though. Are you building it yourself or using a contractor?

Ya, that looks like the bucks could add up.
I have done a ton of my own work on my house mixed with some paid contracted work to save myself money.
In the past I've done alot of home building so I know where to cut cost and save money by doing alot of my own work.
But the real time consuming heavy work I sublet out. Like putting a new roof on my house.
I was in the roofing business for years but didn't have the time to do it myself so I had it done. That's when it adds up.
Looking good!:)
