Just to let you guys know here, I am going to be auctioning off one of the homes I have in Havasu the weekend of the 9-10th of December (so next week).
This home will be sold to the highest bidder and the bidding is starting at $209,000. The homes value according to comps and recently sold similars is right at $310-315,000. It is a 3/2 boat-sized 3 car garage. Built in 2001. Home needs absolutely no work at all.
The other option for those who may want the home but don't want to get a new loan is by doing a Lease-2-Own for 1-3 years where they have full rights as homeowners to the tax write-offs and incentives.
If this is of interest or you know anyone, let them know.
Peace and have a good weekend.

To check out pics on the Havasu home go to my site at Havasu Home Auction (http://www.danielsellshouses.com)
Go to the auction page for the picture of the house and the lease-option page for more of the pictures.
I'm still kinda lazy to repost them here.

LOL, I knew someone would post it for me, you just weren't the one who came to mind nor was I expecting it so soon.
Love you looong time. What's up with the new ride? Haven't been online much on RRX (or here for that matter) as of late?

OOPS!
The starting bid price is at $209,000 not $229,000.
Also, the website didn't update correctly but it good to go now.

what if the highest bidder is $209,000, are you bound to accept the offer? Just curious.

As a heads up...
THe auction is going to be postponed for a future date.
Haven't been getting the calls I expected and come to find out, my staff didn't do the correct marketing in the correct areas. To let those here know, I typically get between 40-60 calls when I do these events. As of today, I only received 9 who were interested. My cut-off is at 25 calls. If I don't get that amount of calls, then the auction process won't work correctly.
Expect it after the beginning of the year for this home.
