Fuel Tanks

Hey guys. I'm getting rid of the bow tank and installing saddle tanks in my boat. Was wondering where I should place the tanks? If you would want them "centered" along the length of the boat or set them all the way back? Which would be better?

how long is the boat? 18 to 22 ft boats the saddle tanks go 8" to 13" from the transom, but thats depending on the size of your boat!if you need info feel free to email me ,at boatdawgo@aol.com. built boats for many years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :idea:

Well I think this answered my question...my boat is an 18ft.

Dont put them all the way back, you could make to much weight in back and make the boat bounce to much up front.
