I picked this watch up and I am having trouble IDing it. When was it made etc. I don't see a serial number in the case and I haven't seen anything like it on the net. I am wondering if it is even a real Citizen. Any help would be great.

My citizen eco-drive has really similar markings and mines real if that helps at all. It might be an older model or something

I don't know, but your camera takes pretty good closeups :)

Shot with a Canon EOS 5D, 100mm Macro, Travelight 750 with a softbox.

I'm not sure if that watch will have a serial number on the case, but if it does, you may have to remove the band to see it on the sides of the case.

Do I need special tools to remove the band?

A big hammer should work. Preferably a dead-blow. ;)

I prefer a 5lb. sledge. :crossx:

But the sledge can recoil and send parts flying. The dead blow tends to better contain all the pieces. That's what I used to get my computer to burn CD's the first time. :D
