Calling all Watch Gurus, help my ID this

I picked this watch up and I am having trouble IDing it. When was it made etc. I don't see a serial number in the case and I haven't seen anything like it on the net. I am wondering if it is even a real Citizen. Any help would be great.

My citizen eco-drive has really similar markings and mines real if that helps at all. It might be an older model or something

I'm not sure if that watch will have a serial number on the case, but if it does, you may have to remove the band to see it on the sides of the case.

But the sledge can recoil and send parts flying. The dead blow tends to better contain all the pieces. That's what I used to get my computer to burn CD's the first time. :D
