Saw a TV special on the worlds most dangerous road, its somewhere in Boliva or Columbia, So America anyway, and they have more deaths there than any highway in the world. In most places, someone has to back up to let a bus or truck get by. Not for the squeamish...

That would be one gnarley ride.........I bet if I fed my wife enough I could get her to produce enough "bricks" to build some safety walls :D

The best is that I have a letter from Mr. M basically saying sorry for using one of our vehicles in a M ad in a magazine. :D

Another shot of the Boliva Road..
"In one year alone, 25 vehicles plunged off the road and into the ravine. One every two weeks. Choking, blinding clouds obscure the way ahead."

Cool reading on this link gives backgrounds to some of the roads photographed here and some hairy photos of lots of traffic on the Bolivian Road...
Also background to the Chinese road Toby posted...

The back road to Hana on Maui has some interesting sections. No 100+ verticle drops into a ravine. Just 25 - 40' drops into the ocean...you know, no big whoop. :D

That is amazing ... Charter a chopper and enjoy. OI bet if you drove you would be ambushed by the locals and jacked... Or at least if you had my luck.. I got jacked in cabo for the watch....
