Yorba Linda to The Grove

I was planning on going up to The Grove on Saturday but there were some issues and im thinking about going up on Friday. If I don't go on the I-5 and take the 91 to 110 north to the 10 west.... about how long is it going to take me to get up there? Im thinking the 91 shouldn't be too bad. Im just not sure about the 110 or 10

about 5 both days... that's the problem. I've been up there at that time on a saturday so I know that trip, I just don't know about Fridays. I know it will be bad... I just want to know how bad.

At 5:00 I would not take the 5. Maybe the 91-605-105-110 maybe better. I'm in Y.L. also , by Travis Ranch school.

Im over by Bryant Ranch and Gypsum Canyon Road. What about the 91 to the 110 to the 10 because its a little west of the 110 on the 10? How long do you think it would take?

No The Grove I'm talking about is in Beverly hills. It's like an outdoor shopping place and I know someone who just opened a restaurant there. It's a great place.

The Grove is a fancy mall in The Fairfax area. There is also the Grove next to Angel Stadium.

Ahhhh, my bad. Well, I used to make this commute at that time, and I can tell ya, it's seems like Westbound is always worse than Eastbound believe it or not. Now I head Eastbound between 1 and 2 pm. Westbound still seems bad at times. The 110 probably won't get bad until around MLK Blvd. The 10 is always a disaster, although Westbound may not be horrible. I would stay away from the 105. Tough decision, you're focked no matter what on a FRiday. LOL..... Good luck :rollside:

Why not just go to a different mall? Say South Coast Plaza??? Just a thought. The Westside is overrated. I focking hate that area. :yuk:

ya the area is pretty bad. I saw a fight there last time I went, cops and security guards came running over and the kids just ran off and left one kid laying there. I don't want to go shopping. A guy I know opened a new sushi/teppan place and they have awesome food.

NOTHING would get me to go to the Westside anymore. We used to live in Torrance, so we were close to everything. The congestion is probably the worse thing about that area. We're pretty happy in Corona now. :rollside:
