UPDATE: 12-08-06
Boat was recovered a few miles from where it was stolen.
Now the bad news...
The boat was completely stripped of ALL the components.
Motor, pump, interior, gauges, steering etc... all gone!!!
Basically a hull was left on the trailer.
(I'll bet somewhere a Southwind is getting a complete make-over) .
Thanks to all for the concern and looking out for her.
Sorry, but since it is not my boat, I cannot answer any questions.
Lets all use this as a reminder to make sure our boats are well
secured during this winter season.

Sorry to hear the news. Please note that every part stolen from that Southwind boat may be fit into most any jet boat out there, so look for the parts in all the jet boats this spring and summer, not just Southwinds.
