anyone know much about these laveycraft sebring 19 with 1989 merc xri merc laser rated 220 hp, buddy of mine driving down to boulderboat works in boulder city nevada to pick up boat, set up info, power recomendations, engine height, prop selection and so on.

Not sure on the 19ft model? The 18.10 and 20.2 are very good hulls. If it is a 18.10 run the prop shaft 1 inch above the bottom with a 26 ET and you will be dailed.
