Medallion Tachometer Info Wanted

Are there any old Medallion tach catologs out there on the AT-5001, 9000 RPM
MEDALLION TACHS??
Anyone have any info on these tachs, like what they were used on??
Where or who does repairs on them?
Can NOS replacement ones be found?

I have a full 5 guage set of medalion guages never used,in packages, Jim 818-890-1867

Probably cheaper to just replace it with a new one, but if for some reason you really want to keep it all the same, I'm sure these guys might be able to fix it. They have restored a few automotive gauges for me and do great work.
