A girl I knew was kicking out her husband Gary and asked if he could stay at my place until one of his parents rentals vacated and he could move in there.
They'd been divorced quite some time, but he never left their home.
Brutally good looking guy, neat, quiet, I told her no problem for a few months. Finding rental places to live can be tough here in Simi at times.
