Looking for the older MT2 collets with the 3/8's -16 draw bar threads.
Not sure what sizes were actually available back then.
Thanks..............Steve

Those would be known as R-8 collets.

3/8-16 threads?
Yeah Brian, the draw bar is 3/8-16. I have a 1/4 and 3/8 collets. Would like to have 3/16, 5/16,7/16, 1/2 and 5/8. I don't think the spindle will take much bigger unless I buy a collet chuck kit. Didn't really want to spend the big money.
Bought this from Hampton. The one he used when he first started. Small but perfect for me. Thanks for your time.......Steve

Since some of the table-top "micro mills" still use 2MT collets....check here (http://www.littlemachineshop.com/products/product_category.php?category=1062702310). Looks like they only go up to 7/16", though.
