The 000 took a real beating that day. :) Ive been sleeping great knowing the 000 went down in our final match up of 06'. What a great way to end the season.

lol, good answer. i'm just wondering how much power, and set-up(pump,droops,etc.) it takes to run big numbers like that gullwing.

Just think how fast your Daytona would be if it left any where near as good as Joe's boat, and could run any where near as close to it's potential as the Dragon does. That thing's a freak!

Try pulling off a complete inside rebuild, pump rebuild, fab an intake, bottom bluprint and re-paint, re-rig, motor install, (and biuld and dyno your own motor) complete re-wire, all out of your own pocket, in your own garage, by yourself, in basically 4 months. (except for the motor...that was last year) and have it come off thr trailer with ZERO problems.
Sorry for the hijack, but hey, you brought it up.
Dude, I've always given you tons of credit for your accomplishments, and complimented you for it many times on and off the track. That's all I have to say about that...

Ya it SHOULD run 9.30's or even better with all the fancy stuff you did, you should be looking for .5 in set up rather than trying to sell it right away.

previous years like this one are boxed up for moving (someday). only '06 like this are still out, plus all stone bros, championship diamonds, and one of my fav's, the #1 qualifyer cup from red bluff which is very cool. i do like those diamonds...:) o, and i still have a few plaques up, 1 qualifyers from rex, and the soty.

nah, i never got over to see it in the daylight. i've got a jug of the stuff from marble falls, just haven't used it yet. all i saw was mrs. sofa carrying the bottle back to the pit for the special occasion... glad to hear it worked well.

418 knows his boat has nothin for the dragon. I say first race of the season we line up motor vs motor and see what we come up with,or we can both squeeze it and see what happens.:idea:
