It says the draft is 6.5 feet. I think you would scrape bottom in the channel.

I could open a business shuttling a bunch of drunk, screaming idiots dressed in orange to the UT games :D

There wouldn't be any lack of business transporting drunken UT fans for sure! :D
It would make a great floating bar & grill. somewhere between the Lighthouse and Harrison Bay... The only thing I can think of between those two places is Cottonport Fish-N-Camp which really isn't all that unless you like frozen pizza. :D It would be a hell of an adventure getting it up the river though. I'm IN ! When do we pick it up? :p

That russian hydro is so 60's  . Been on them in those days , too slow [ max 70km = 43 mph ] . These cats [ all 3 of them] were bought for only $16 mil by the washington group [ btw they were the builder ,$500 M ] when our government decided to pull them out of service at the taxpayer's expense:( .

That would probably be the least expensive thing about it. :D
Transporting that monster and setting it up for food service would be a major investment.
But certainly one that would pay off in the long run, if handled properly
I believe something like that would generate more buisness that it could handle in the summer when the river level was up. Maybe even so in the winter too. They definately don't stop running the barges anytime.
Cruise & Dine on the Tennessee Pride . Wait ! TN. Pride... Thats a Sausage company isn't it  N/M. :D
