u guys are forgetting that the 140mph is ebay speed (thats a secret formula for figureing speed only ebay people know) i may get kicked out of the ebay family for telling u this , but, that around 65 on a gps on a good day if the 396 dont blow up on ya,,,,,,and u get rid of the 40 lbs of leaves out of the hull before running.....:)

Everyone knows you ain't gittin' the "Flux-capacitor" for that price. It will be diss-installed from the mystery motor and then the boat will do its standard 40 MPH. WITH the v-jet prop shoebox fin engaged. Speed will vary depending on warp factor, and number of skiers being killed at once.
At least it sounds like he has had fun in it, which is the only reason to have a fast boat in my opinion.:D :D

There's your problem, you were building a single purpose flattie, this one is more diverse:
Its built for Drag Race or hydro racing but it could be used for smaller lakes like where I live.
You can drag race it or hydro race it, or just use it for a lake boat, but only on smaller lakes and only on Sunday, never on Tuesday. 140mph here I come!!! :D :D :D
