A super bad cold has swept the neighborhood.
Thinking I should'a painted lambs blood on the front door to prevent it.
Whould'a been as good as the Zicam cold remedy we tried.
Ya see Zicam advertised all over the TV.
Snake oil.
Another Homopathic hoax.
Remember Layatril?
Graveyards in Mexico are full of those homopathic believers.
We followed the Zicam directions to the letter.
"Reduces the duration and severity of your cold, get over your cold faster" is written on the box and touted in their advertising.
Nahhh, fake.
But, the side effect is it's a teriffic appetite suppressor.
Wife went from slender to skinny.
She had just recovered from a bad painfull injury, then this plague hit the neighborhood.
She got outta bed, did some things and within 8 hours the cold kicked in deluxe and it was back to bed.
This cold going around is brutal. Told the wife I think it's the famous Grip, or Pluresy that wiped out ancient civilizations.
She told me I'm not helping matters with comments like that.
Save your money on the ZiCam or the other reduced cold duration remedies.. $12 bux a box times a family of four.
