Are their any restrictions on Waterborn LEOS board and/or entering a houseboat on a stop?
Is a warrant needed because it may be considered a home?
Or a boat with a cabin?
Whats the dealio?

Unless it is actually used as a primary "residence", it's the same as any other boat. To qualify as a residence, it must be moored, hooked up to shore power, be the primary home of the occupant. Underway, even if the main residence, it's just another boat.
Similar as the rules for a motorhome.
I AM traveling, but that doesn't mean I can't satisfy my ***boat Jones. :D

If I had nine more years to go I think I'd slit my throat (just kidding)
Retirement is really great!
