12 hour slow roasted prime rim garlic'ed and rubbed...got a slow start, one or Conquest boating brothers took a header off him multi tiered back yard and wound up in the pond last night, and then the hospital with his ankle broken in 4 places.....surgery scheduled for tomarrow...oh yea stone sober!!!! he is now convinced that was the problem!!!
Left him at midnight feeling NO pain.

Had Tamales and eggs for breakfast, Ham, twice baked potatoes, green bean casarole and pie for dinner.
Oh yea, egg nog with Captain Morgans spiced rum.

I worked all morning. I'll go to my parent's house for dinner and try to eat enough to coast through the rest of the week.
It will be turkey, potatoes, peas, corn, cranberries, etc., etc.
Then the kids will bounce around running and shrieking at the top of their lungs until I leave. "I love you guys but Uncle Tom has to go. Merry Christmas!" :D
