Black gel, sanded. Now has a matte finish. If I spray Duratec over it will it be shiny? Im pretty sure it will be, just want to make sure before I buy the gel...

Yea, Duratec clear will spray shiney. If you really want it to shine, sand with ultra fine and buff. :)
