I HAVE A 19 ELIM. SPRINT, AND I`M BUILDING A BLOWN 525 CHEV FOR IT. I KNOW IT WILL NEED SOME BOTTOM WORK TO MAKE IT WORK. I`VE HEARD DO THIS DO THAT ROUND THIS DROP THAT. IS THEIR ANYONE RUNNING A BOAT LIKE THIS AND COULD THEY TELL ME WHAT THEY DID. THE BOAT RUN REAL GOOD NOW, WITH MY OLD MILL 454 ,THE BOAT RAN 87mph spinning a b-cut impeller at 6000rpm. any info or help would be great. thank you, tony

In my Eliminator Liberty I turned a B cut Legend impeller at 6k and ran 96mph. Motor made 730hp on the dyno and the pump was tight. I would guess off the bat that your pump is in need of some work as we are both spinning the same RPM, but my motor isn't a mild 454 (496 to be exact) and the mph is off by a lot.

I`M NOT FAMILAR WITH THE LIBERTY. DOES YOUR BOAT HAVE BOTTOM WORK,WHAT TYPE PUMP ARE YOU RUNNING? I THINK BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE STYLE OF LOADER I HAVE A VEE-BLOCKER STYLE . I`VE TALKED TO A SOME PEOPLE THEY SAY THIS WILL MAKE THE PUMP CAVITATE .HAS ANYONE HAD THIS LOADER IN A BOAT.

I run an 80 Sprint. Best speed so far has been 85.6(gps) with an MPD-prepped Legend "B" turning a tad over 5400rpm, backcut shoe, rideplate and open loader.
"Scoobinator" from the boards had his delta-pad converted to a rounded-keel earlier this year. Hopefully he will chime in here with how that change worked out.
Seems there are a lot more of these Eliminator Sprints running around these days.

My Sprint, spins a B Impeller 5600 rpm and I'm pushing 80mph. The boat used to have a flat keel(delta pad). It had a rounded keel added to the boat before I bought it. The intake was reset in the boat and material was added about a 1/2 thick in front of the intake and then blended into about 3 1/2 feet forward of the boat coming to a point. I have a regular loader grate in the boat. The bowl pressure at speed is 18 psi.
