The boat is worth at least that. with an aftermarket stereo and triple trailer you will be well in excess of $120 out the door new, and that savings is going to look very strong in the coming year. It is one of the things I am most worried about... a strong secondary market. Being in competition with great basically new boats at half the price is going to take some education for the masses to justify the expense.
Nobody used to be willing to take a $30K bath over 2 years before, so you never saw used boats that were only 2 years old for sale. Different story today with most of the value of boats being amoritized over home loans... people re-fi'd for the boat and aren't worried about the loss as much.
I would say your boat is worth over $80K.

I think some people are looking on the "bright" side in this thread. I know what that boat could be bought for in 04 and so do others. Todays new/used market is slowing, some of them are offering rates and huge discounts. I won't post a value for your boat, only a educated shopper would know what your boat is worth. Reaper 1 has a clean boat that hasn't sold yet.......but he's gay.......

I really can't tell how good this feels.
Theres alot of tire kickers on here......really put it up for sale and see how fast they run.........away saying "oh im gonna wait a while, or till next season when theres gonna be a ton of boats on the market", or "if i had the money this is what i would buy", or "i have to convince the wife", or "you can get new right now discounted for just a few thousand more", or the best after you take them for a test ride that eats up your day off and$50 in fuel and launch fees, they say there gonna look around".....oh what would i know i sold my boat in 2 weeks to the first person that looked at it earlier in the year.
