My New Years resolution is to get ready for my Grand Canyon Rafting trip by walking each morning at 6am instead of drinking coffee and reading the paper....I can do it......I can...:D
Tonight we are going...............Cosmic Bowling :D I've never been, should be fun, bringing the kid (down to one now, the oldest is off to college and the middle one is snowboarding in Utah) :D

April, we are taking Dory (sp) boats down the river and ending up at the spot you hike out to reach Phantom Ranch. I think it's a ten day trip, with food provided and prepared by the boat company. We bring our own beverages :D
I'm just nervous about hiking out as I have lost all of my muscle tone (it sucks getting old) We are the youngest people going (and we aren't all that young) so I would be too embarrased to have to take a donkey out while these 60 year olds are out-hiking me. That just isnt' going to happen :D
I'm going to start walking tomorrow :D
