Nope, If I did that I think I would get bored of it too fast. Got my condo out there and come and go as I please and I like it that way.

Any time brotha :D ....yep 15 yrs on at the Water Department 15 to go, out @ 55 will have 30 years of service time to collect my P.E.R.S:D

SE Phoenix for me from San Diego (and all parts north of the border). I love it. It's hot, but that means more time for boating.

Me Too!! Just bought a house 10 minutes from lake. It's going to be a couple of years before our youngest graduates so we can move out of so cal though
Havasu is already becoming over crowded.
How is over crowded different from crowded. Is that like being over pregnant?

i see plenty of homes in Havi for sale, the problems appears to be not enough buyers at the moment. ;)

We live in the desert (Henderson), but we are looking to buy a house in Havasu within the next 6-9months. We will not move there, but would like another place.
