Hey Guys, I'm a Personal Trainer of 6 years that works out of a private gym in La Mirada. I specialize in everything from weight loss to bodybuilding and work with clients of ages 13 to 65. If anyone is interested in getting some help getting in shape drop me a line. Our gym is private and only has 15 people at a time in it and there is no membership fee when you personal train with me. prices range from $25-$40 a session with no contract pay as you go.

For me a P.T. is the only way to go. Without a trainer I find myself making excuses not to go to the gym. I'm in better shape then I have been in years. Its worth the $ IMO

I'm sure there are a few guys here on the boards that needs someone to "push" them. :D Perhaps there will be an opportunity for these so-called fellas to say... "hey dude,...spot me... hehhhh....hehhhhh"
:D :D :D

Too bad I'm not closer. There is a guy near us doing the same gig. Opened a small private gym and does personal training out of it. I'm thinking I need to go check it out.

I love my personal trainer, esp since he doesnt charge me anymore:D I was seeing him 3 days a week for an hour and it was $600 a month. We became friends, so now when he has time, which is maybe 2 days a week now I get trained for free :) Started off at 165 pounds and I am now down to 145-150. Hope to get down to 135 and I will be happy :)

thanks for all the replys, the small private gym is the way to go to keep yourself in shape. All of our clients have been with us for many years and our turnover rate is very low due to the affordability. Looking forward to hearing from some of you hot boaters soon that i got messages from!

One of the funniest threads ever along with the one from the guy that had a dog trying to hump him on a launch ramp in Parker.
