ok heres the story. i brought the boat to the shop and cleaned it out some and found a summit tag from 9/06 with the guys name and phone number. so i call it and ask the guy if he lost or dumped the boat. story goes his friend was to put it in storage in hayward well the backroads are the wrong way. so the guy says he was going to get rid of it anyway so i told him to send me the paperwork and all would be taken care of. oh well got another boat:D
