While you're here, I could use some advice. I made your Classic House Burgers the other day and found them to be quite tasty. The burgers wouldn't stay together, however, and I wonder if the addition of an egg would help in this regard. I think I followed your instructions to the T but it could be I did something wrong. Are they really meant to be made without egg?
Classic House Burger
1# lean g.beef
2 tsp miniced garlic
1/2 diced onion
1/2 c A-1 sauce
1 tbsp seasoning salt
2 tsp pepper
mix all ingredients in bowl
sit in fridge for 1 hour, form into 1/3 pound patties, and grill until desired temperature. (do not pat meat on grill). place on a toasted kaiser roll top with cheese, a thin slice of onion, hand picked leaf lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, a dab of ketchup, mustard, and enjoy.

generally they break apart cause the onions and peppers may be cut too big...try this let the mixture sit for 20-30 minutes before you form the patties and its cool to add a egg or two
